| Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) MemoryMerchants.Com |

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by MemoryMerchants.Com™
must be noted on the returned items (Make sure that the package returned
should have the RMA reference visible on the box).
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date
the product was shipped out to you.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
So please ship the defective merchandise as soon as possible.
- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original
packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied
for all missing accessories or parts. MemoryMerchants.Com™ will not accept
items that have been physically damaged or misused.
- We suggest that you test all products for defects or DOA within one
weeks of delivery to avoid re-stocking fee. MemoryMerchants.Com™ will charge
20% re-stocking fee on items that are returned after expiry of 1-week
(7 days) period from the date of delivery in case the items are returned
without cause.
- Products that are defective and/or DOA (Damaged on Arrival) and/or
the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair
/ replacement. MemoryMerchants.Com™ will not honor requests for exchanges
under any circumstances.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE
for all products in all cases.
- MemoryMerchants.Com™ does not normally offer cross ship or drop ship
service.
- Please allow 15 days for all refunds.
- After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned
for defects will have to be sent in accordance with warranty coverage
policy of MemoryMerchants.Com™ directly to us and not to the manufacturer.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS for Memory
- All items shipped by MemoryMerchants.Com are tested for performance and compatibility.
We have an in-house facility to test all memory items according to industry
procedures. Exceptions are in the case of new products that are manufactured
by industry leaders in memory manufacturing such as Smart Modular, Viking,
PNY, Samsung, Hyundai and Simple Technology. We assume in their case
that the memory modules have already gone through vigorous testing already.
- Due to mission critical nature of the products that require immediate
replacement we will replace all RMA’s within 24Hrs even before
item are returned back. This facility will be extended to the customer
on management’s decision.
- There will be no charge or re-stocking fee charged on any memory
products that are returned for incompatibility issues provided the wrong
items were shipped to customer from what was originally ordered.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds on DRAM modules and 25%
on Flash Modules.
- No refunds will be given to customers for Flash memory if the media
is formatted or otherwise found used in any way to upload IOS image.
Memory products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival),
can only be

- All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.
- All refunds, including defective memory or incompatibility will be
made within 7 working days.
- All memory orders are responsibility of the customer and the customer
should confirm the correct part number and must also know the machine
in which the memory part is going to MemoryMerchants.Com™ holds no responsibility
for incorrect part ordering from the customer.
At the same time MemoryMerchants.Com™ will not authorize its sales or tech support staff members to be held responsible for their support opinion to the customer, this is a courtesy service that we extend to our customers.

Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to
us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Memory Products
For warranty service, please note that all memory products carry the warranties
as follows::
- All DRAM Memory modules – Manufactured by PNY, Smart Modular,
Silicon-tech, Viking, Kingston, OCZ, Samsung, Mitsubishi, NEC, OKI,
and Micron Technology will carry a “Lifetime Limited Warranty”.
- All DRAM (OEM) Makes will carry a Lifetime “Functional warranty”
- All SIMMs type Flash that is manufactured by “Viking”,
“Smart Modular” or “Intel” will carry a Lifetime
full functional warranty.
- All OEM SIMMs type Flash that is manufactured by third party will
carry a 1 Year full functional warranty.
- All PCMCIA, Mini Flash or any similar media cards weather manufactured
by major manufacturer or third party OEM manufacturer will carry a 1-year
full functional warranty.
Equipment Only
You must have a RMA number from MemoryMerchants.Com™ in case of
any returns. In case where a manufacturer or third party is responsible,
you must obtain a RMA number from them. Unless otherwise noted, warranty
terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. MemoryMerchants.Com™
will cover all warranties directly attributed to its product sales within
USA, Canada and Europe. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations
may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer
or warranty provider prior to purchase. |
